Frequently asked questions
General Guidelines
- All guests at our resort will need to be fully vaccinated and have had a kennel cough vaccine
- All guests need to be treated for heartworm
- All guests need to be protected against ticks & fleas before and for the duration of a stay at our resort
- Adult males (≥10 months of age) must be surgically castrated to stay at our resort
- Females that are in heat or soon to begin are not allowed to stay at the resort (duration minimum 3 weeks)
- We do not accept dogs who are reactive and aggressive towards people, other dogs, and farm animals
- Pawrents are liable for any damage their pups may cause and will be asked to reimburse when necessary
What do I need to provide for my pups stay?
- Their passport
- Provide food for the duration of their stay with instructions (e.g., grams per meal)
- Collar and harness
- Rain or winter jacket if your pup is sensitive to the weather
Drop-off time for overnight stays
- ALL guests must reserve a timeslot on when they will bring their pups
- It is highly recommended to write us when you are in transit so we know precisely when you will arrive to ensure we are available to warmly welcome your pup into our place
- First-time guests: Morning drop-offs are highly recommended
- 7 am and earlier can be arranged when requested beforehand
- Regular guests: Before 16h
- Any arrivals outside the recommended hours must be arranged and agreed on upfront.
Pick-up time for overnight stays
- ALL guests must reserve a timeslot on when they will pick-up their pups
- It is highly recommended to write us when you are in transit so we know precisely when you will arrive to ensure we are available so we can warmly welcome you and provide feedback about your pup’s stay with us
- Latest departure time: 18:00
- Any departures outside the recommended hours must be arranged and agreed on upfront
Drop-off time for daycare
- Earliest drop-off: 7:30 am
- 7 am and earlier may be arranged when requested beforehand
- Last pick-up: 18h
- We try to accommodate the pawrents of our guests as much as possible. We need to balance this with the rest that both us and the guests need. Therefore, any alternative times should be arranged and agreed upon.

Saturday: 8h-12h
Sunday: closed
The pups will be cared for 24 hours per day. The office hours are when we are be available to answer your messages.

Request a meet & greet
Openings for greeting meetings are held on Saturdays from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm. Please submit the form to set up your greeting meeting with your pups, we look forward to meeting them (and you as well!).
